How long will it take?
From final artwork approval, delivery should be completed within 5 weeks.
Can we check on our order throughout production?
Yes. We provide certain benchmarking times to ensure the customer is fully aware of production position and for customer review. Post Production Artwork Approval – customer approves the digital artwork. Production Sample Image Approval – customer is provided with a photographic image of a completed item; front, back and a close up of any separate additional logos that has been printed on the item. Delivery – notice is sent to customer advising delivery date.
We like one of your designs and want to use it, but it is not in our colours?
That’s OK, we can change to suit you and your organisation. We create an art image in your corporate/team colours and email it to you for your comments or for further amendments. This is all part of the CS91 service.
Can our own design be made?
Yes. CS91 pride themselves on providing the most up to date team/corporate apparel while ensuring an existing garment is replicated or a club/groups heritage is maintained. CS91 ask that a digital image or a physical sample is provided so that the replication can be completed to the highest possible standard. Of course, we at CS91 will treat any physical sample with the utmost respect it deserves and return it when it is no longer required.
What digital files do you need of our logos or club sponsors logos?
A good question. This is the most important issue. To ensure we at CS91 give the respect that is due to your club/organisation and your sponsors logos we need to have files that are of a high resolution and are vector formatted digital files. That means an adobe illustrator (ai), high resolution pdf. or eps. file. These files will ensure true curves are printed. on the uniforms. If low resolution files such as jpg. or png. files are provided the logos may need to be reproduced in correct artwork and you may incur an artwork reproduction fee.

What is the minimum order?
CS91 loves all our customers, however productions constraints mean we need a minimum quantity of 10 units for each design.
Can we get men's, ladies and kids sizes?
Yes. A full range of sizes are available for everyone. As part of the order process CS91 provide a sizing chart that covers each item.
What are the size ranges?
Mens and kids: Range from 8XS(2) through to 6XL
Ladies: Range from size 8 through to size 20
Ladies: Range from size 8 through to size 20
How do I pay for my order?
Thank you for bringing this question up. At CS91 we understand everything has a budget, so we always make sure our customer knows what there commitment is. A deposit of 30% of the full account is normally paid upon final order confirmation. This is normally when you have approved final artwork and provided your sizing requirements. Balance of account is to be paid prior to final shipment or when you receive shipment notification email.
