The CS91-sponsored Byron Bay Rugby are now outright leaders of the FNC 1st grade ladder after beating Lennox Head Trojans 40-7.
Like the Bay, the Trojans had won their first three matches, but they couldn’t match Paul Jeffery’s side, who showed their resilience to power home to victory.
Jack Cooke notched two tries for the blue and white alongside efforts from Harrold Chiffoleau, Craig Wallace, John Laughlin and veteran Troy Wynter.
The Bay now travel to Southern Cross University on the 28th May.
